Today I’m starting off a little
late. Had to run a few errands and also
go to the store to get all my fruits and vegetables for this week. My goal is to only spend about $40.00 - $50.00 a week so starting next week I’ll be at the market! One thing I did notice that I never notice
before was that buying when in season actually saves you money. Total I spent $62.00 (At Whole Foods and
Dave’s) and I got a lot of stuff so I was very happy about that. So anyways this is what I had today:
Day
1: Green Lemonade Juice
1 green apple
3 handfuls spinach (about 1 1/2 cups)
6 to 8 kale leaves (about 2 cups)
1/2 cucumber
4 celery stalks
Juice of 1/2 lemon (stirred in at end)

create my own as well!
Also, I have a few items that I will be adding to my juices through out the cleanse which includes:
Pure MSM powder
Buffered C-Complex
Superfood For Everyday Health
Psyllium Husks Powder
The reason I have choose to add these to my cleanse is because I have had these supplements for about 5 months and I have not even use them! (Soooo sad :-( ) So I decided to add them as well!
