Ok so yesterday I juiced the following:
6 Carrots, 4 Celery Stalks, 1 Cucumber, Garlic and Dandelion
leaves.. and it was really good. I
believe that the garlic made it “pop” sorta speak. I wanted to make sure that I didn’t let my
dandelion leaves sit for too many days because I didn’t want them to go
bad. Going forward, I’m going to use
dandelion leaves more but not as much as I did because they are a very powerful
diuretic and the more I think about it, that would explain why I was so dehydrated
:( so please take my advice and don’t get dandelion happy.. A little goes a
long way :)
Here’s what I juiced:
Also, if you want to use MSM powder I would recommend not
using it with dandelion do it separately.
For me it was just too much, but I do like MSM powder so I just use it
alone.

Yesterday was great.
Since I don’t celebrate Christmas I just did a lot of clutter
busting! I recently moved back to
Cleveland from Dallas via Atlanta via Cleveland (lol a lot of via's right??) so I still had stuff in boxes and that has to
stop. Everything needs a place and there
is a place for everything. So, I had
about 5 boxes of stuff I needed to sort through and figure out what was in the
boxes and do I really need it. So most
of the boxes had old “stuff” old bills, old cards, stuff that really didn’t
serve a purpose for me now. So, I just
throw it away! Now, some of the cards I kept because they are nice and
heartfelt, but everything else had to go!....Umm but then again I might go back and let those go as well. When I looked at some of the dates and was like, “ Now why in the hell do I
still have this bill.. from 2005..!” Now I have moved 3 times within that time
frame, travelled the world for 6 years and in my box of stuff I had bills from
2005.. Shame on me!
The good thing about this clutter busting episode is that I
had a chance to organize that area, put everything in its place and got my 5
boxes down to 3 main boxes which is wonderful for me..
Yay me!.... On to juicing..
Today this is what I juiced:
6 Carrots, 4 Celery, ½ Cucumber, ½ Pineapple and Garlic
cloves (of course!).. and here it is:
I'm really loving pineapples even more!
Until later.. Enjoy :)
