As this phase of my Juice Cleanse comes
to an end, the next phase of my Vegan/Raw Journey begins. This juice has been the most spiritual,
emotional, renewing, rewarding, cleansing, challenging, obstacle unblocking, self-awakening
and balancing journey that was needed, embraced and powerful. Since I have been up since about 2am, which I
still can’t understand why I keep getting up at 2am for the past 2 weeks, but I
just get it, I don’t try to over-stand it too much, say a prayer, meditate,
read, write, study, drink some water and just be.
Today marks Day 53 of my juice cleanse
and it has definitely been pretty amazing.
I feel like I have not only drop physical weight, but also emotional
baggage, disappointments and the like. I
have figured out what was causing my acid reflex and my digestive issues so now I
can take the steps needed to continue with the healing process.
This cleanse has been the most powerful
of all cleanses that I have done and I have done many.
So, today I'm probably just going to drink 2 quarts of Green tea. I went down to the Asian plaza and got a big box of Organic Green Tea for 6 bucks!!! and I got 100 tea bags.. I am sooo happy about this..
