Day's 33 and 34
Sorry for no updates! It's been a little rough for me on this cleanse so I just decided not to post anything. :( But, I have decided to keep going. My craving wore so out of control that I just decided to eat what I was craving and that was pizza. So, I went to a store called "Weber's" and bought one of those Amy's pizza with no sauce, just spinach and mozzarella cheese. That really was a big mistake but I'm glad I did it. I didn't get really sick, just bloated and sleepy. I have gluten sensitivity so I have to be a little careful and I think that since I have been cleansing for so long that my body is truly healing and repairing itself. So, that makes me want to keep up with my juice cleanse. This happened on day 33/34 and since then I have been back on track!
One thing I have noticed is why I eat. It's not because I'm hungry because most of the time I'm not. I eat when I'm stressed and bored. Normally, when I am stressed and bored I'd run or workout like a maniac! run about 6 miles or get on the elliptical machine for an hour and then go lift afterwards.. but not this time! I decided to be more gentle with myself and I decided to take things slow on this cleanse.
I've very proud of myself and look forward to day 60!!
